These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuitVape application (the "Service"), provided by APHVN Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 15968200). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Not Medical Advice / Not a Medical Device

QuitVape is a wellbeing and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health-recovery timelines, craving tools, savings figures and other content are for general informational and motivational purposes only and are estimates, not clinical guarantees. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about nicotine dependence or any health concern, and seek emergency help if needed. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and intend to use the Service to reduce or stop your own vaping.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You may delete your account at any time within the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• QuitVape offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed in your store account.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully. Buddy and social features must be used respectfully.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding data you enter) are owned by APHVN Limited and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APHVN Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes relating to your health or quit attempt, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
